Two founders. Thirty years of shared history. One purpose.

Iter Opus Corp. Founders Andrew Dimock & Stacy Garnett

Some companies start with a pitch deck, Iter Opus Corp. started with lived experience. Stacy Garnett and Andrew Dimock met in high school in upstate New York in 1995 and stayed connected even as life took them down different paths.

Andrew built a career in technology, systems strategy, and digital transformation. He founded his own consulting firm and later taught at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he saw talented students struggle to connect education with real opportunity.

Stacy served in the military and built a career in recruiting, workforce strategy, and talent systems. Earlier in life, she experienced homelessness in Washington, D.C., where she learned how difficult it can be to access support, resources, and a clear path forward even when help exists.

Andrew saw barriers facing students entering the workforce. Stacy saw barriers facing people trying to rebuild their lives and later, employers trying to hire the right talent.

Stacy and Andrew may have had different paths which ended in the same realization - the hiring system is broken. Great people struggle to find opportunity, while great companies struggle to find the right talent.

Those conversations and observations developed into a purpose. Iter Opus Corp. was created to build technology centered on human connection.

Its first product Levii.io, serves as a lifelong career navigator for job seekers and a workforce intelligence platform for employers, designed for long term talent alignment.

Iter Opus Corp. has since expanded its leadership team with Dean Ganskop and Nikki Wilson, adding expertise across technology, product development, operations, and growth.

Their mission is personal, the need is clear, and they are only getting started.
