Andrew Dimock is a seasoned strategist, digital transformation expert, and visionary technologist with over 28 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations reimagine the way they operate and connect. Andrew brings a rare blend of systems thinking, entrepreneurial insight, and human-centered design.
Andrew is also the Principal and Co-Founder of Vessel Strategy, a consulting firm, and formerly a Visiting Lecturer at the Rochester Institute of Technology’s iSchool, as well as a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Rochester. He has served on numerous non-profit boards over the years, including SEAC currently.

Her expertise spans veteran hiring, highly cleared technical recruiting, career changers, college and early career pipelines, apprenticeships, and inclusive workforce strategies that empower individuals of all abilities—including those with visible and non-visible disabilities and neurodivergent talent.

Nikki Wilson is a seasoned marketing strategist and operations leader with over two decades of experience guiding complex projects and brand growth across automotive, healthcare, and technology sectors. As the founder and CEO of Jane Doe Marketing—a collective of top-agency strategists and creatives—she has led multi-channel campaigns, brand launches, and digital transformation initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
Nikki brings her expertise in project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable growth strategy to help the company operationalize its vision and accelerate market readiness.

Dean Ganskop - VP, Product Technology
Dean Ganskop is a Lecturer at the Rochester Institute of Technology where he has been teaching for the past 15 years, mostly in the data management and application development domains.
For many years, Dean was vice president for software development at a health IT company with products for revenue cycle management and improving medical auditing effectiveness, until being acquired by a public company focused on payment integrity. He led teams of developers that built client and server applications, NLP engine, and analytics infrastructure, and he was the principal systems architect.
