How It All Began

Iter Opus began with a long friendship and a shared belief: people deserve better support when they’re trying to grow and thrive.
Founders Andrew Dimock and Stacy Garnett met in high school in upstate New York and stayed connected as life took them in different directions. Years later, a casual conversation returned to a familiar question - why does finding success and satisfaction feel so hard for so many?
Andrew spent years optimizing processes and implementing technology to help organizations and communities grow. Along the way, he saw how easily people can stagnate - reduced to a small cog in a massive system, unsure how to move forward.
Stacy built her career helping people navigate major life transitions: from military service to civilian careers, from school to work, from uncertainty to stability. Her own family experienced housing instability, giving her firsthand insight into what it feels like when momentum stops and the path ahead feels out of reach.
Together, they saw the gaps clearly - and refused to accept them. That’s when Iter Opus was born.
Others soon joined, united by the same conviction and bringing more than 80 years of shared experience helping people rediscover possibility, direction, and confidence.
