What makes work a good fit and how do we find what fits next?

Presented by Iter Opus, What Fits Next explores the people, paths, and possibilities shaping careers and workforce development in Rochester, upstate New York, and beyond. Through candid conversations with people navigating their careers, employers, educators, and community leaders, we share stories of unexpected turns, lessons learned, and connections that open new doors.

We also explore how employers can find and develop talent, build stronger teams, and respond to changing workforce needs and how workforce professionals can connect people with opportunities that support lasting success.

Whether you’re starting out, considering a change, hiring, or helping others find their way, join us to explore how our skills, goals, and relationships can lead to more meaningful work and stronger communities.
